The NDIS stands for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, it is funded by the Government to provide support to Australians with disability, as well as their families and carers.
All Australians under the age of 65 that have a permanent and significant disability. The NDIS will provide with supports that are reasonable and necessary to enjoy an ordinary life.
The NDIS will help people with disability achieve their goals, including independence, community involvement, education, employment and health and wellbeing.
